​Mr. Maysonet has approximately two decades of Business Management and Development experience. Mr. Maysonet started his management background at the early age of seventeen, where he was promoted to General Manager for a chain of franchise restaurants in South Florida. Soon after, Mr. Maysonet decided to explore opportunities in the Real Estate Management industry, where he proceeded to have a successful career in Property Management and Investment on a national level. Mr. Maysonet has been involved in the management of over 23,000 apartment units and over 200,000 square feet of commercial retail/office space. In addition to his Real Estate career, Mr. Maysonet explored and invested in other endeavors in industry such as Advertisement, Fashion, Entertainment, Construction, Financial Management, Business and Product Development. Mr. Maysonet has attended prestige universities such as FIU, UOP, and MDC, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Global Management. In addition to his education, he holds several designations in the Real Estate and Maintenance industry. He also is an ordained and licensed Minister.

Rachel Staley

​Rachel R. Staley who is a co-founder and partner, and also holds the title of Vice President, oversee the operations of Human Resources and several of our third-party services such as Collections and Marketing. Mrs. Staley has always been surrounded by Real Estate Management, as both her parents and siblings are veterans in the business. She started her direct experience in the industry at an early age, working in the marketing and leasing departments for local and national Property Management companies. In addition to her leasing and marketing experience, Mrs. Staley also worked as a Collections Manager for Cash Collections based in Palm Beach and Operations Manager for Floridian Maids LLC, where she handled the day-to-day operations and staffing. Prior to co-founding MCW Global Partners, Mrs. Staley served as the Executive Vice President of a multifamily real estate corporation, and President of a national marketing agency. Mrs. Staley attended the West Central College of Georgia for Business and General Education, and is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Marilyn  Viruet-Bradley

Marilyn Viruet, serves as our Operations Manager, and brings over 15 years’ experience in the field of International Business Management and Corporate Compliance. Prior to joining the MCW family, Ms. Viruet managed her own Real Estate Portfolio in Atlanta Georgia, where she also worked with several multi-national corporations providing assistance with global management and customs and trade compliance. In addition to her amazing knowledge in Real Estate and International Business, Ms. Viruet boasts experience in coordinating special events and interior decorating. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, concentrating in International Affairs from the Kennesaw University. Ms. Viruet also loves to give back, and is an active participant in various charitable organizations that sponsor half marathons. Recently, she ran the Donna Half Marathon for Breast Cancer Awareness and the Publix Georgia Half Marathon.

​Mrs. Muro has approximately two decades of Real Estate Management and Sales experience. Mrs. Muro has been involved in the management of over 5,000 apartment units and over 200,000 square feet of commercial retail/office space. Prior to joining MCW Global Partners, Mrs. Muro owned and operated her own Real Estate Brokerage firm, and prior to that held several Regional and Field Management position in the Affordable Multifamily Property Management industry. Mrs. Muro attended the American Real Estate School, where she earned her certification in Property Management and Real Estate Specialty designation. In addition to her Real Estate education, Mrs. Muro holds the designation of Certified Occupancy Specialist from NCHM, and holds a Real Estate Broker and Condominium Association Management license in the State of Florida.

​Mr. Desarden has been in the Real Estate Maintenance and Construction business for approximately two decades. He began his career working for a national leading affordable housing non-profit developer based out of Miami Florida, where he served as a maintenance technician and soon promoted to Maintenance Supervisor over a few apartment communities in South Florida. After a successful tenure with the non-profit, Mr. Desarden wanted to expand his knowledge in the industry, and decided to join other organizations that led him to the areas of Environmental Control, Refrigeration, Carpentry, Medical facility maintenance, and construction. Mr. Desarden quickly fell in love with the construction industry and partnered with a local friend to open their own construction company based out of Orlando Florida. Mr. Desarden Construction Company was solely responsible for the construction and renovations of over 30 homes and 15 apartment buildings. Mr. Desarden retired for a short period until accepting a role as a Director of Maintenance for a multi-state Real Estate Management company based out of Tampa Florida. During his tenure, Mr. Desarden oversaw the operations of several maintenance crews throughout Florida, Georgia and New York. The owner of the Real Estate Management Company decided to sell his company and partnered with Mr. Desarden in opening a statewide General Maintenance and Construction Company. Since then, Mr. Desarden and his partner have operated their company to receive top state ratings for outstanding customer service and quality of work. Mr. Desarden attended the Robert Morgan Technical Institute in Miami Florida, where he has successfully obtained several industry designations including his EPA certification.

Mr. Staley has been in the Property Maintenance and Contracting business for approximately ten years. He began his career working as a Property Maintenance Technician for a Tampa-Based Property Management firm, he then proceeded to advance his career as a Area Maintenance Supervisor for a National Real Estate Management firm based in Palm Beach Florida. In addition to his career in the Property Maintenance industry, Mr. Staley owned and operated his own Pressure Washing and Car Detailing business, and provided independent HVAC services to homeowners and commercial clients. Mr. Staley also holds significant experience in Debt Collection, Investment Management, and Business Management. Mr. Staley has attended the Mainstream Technical School, where he as obtained certifications for EPA, HVAC, and Air Quality Control. Mr. Staley is currently responsible for the day-to-day operations of our South Florida division, client retention company-wide, new business growth and field staff support throughout the state of Florida.
